Everything That You Should Know About Kratom Capsules

f:id:healthyogi:20211101162354j:plain

There's no doubt that Kratom capsules offer more convenience and reliability over other mediums of taking it. In this article, explain everything you need to know about the Kratom capsules. The benefit of using them, how to use, store kratom capsules, and more.

Kratom capsules can be more expensive than loose powder, sometimes twice the price, but almost always about a third more than loose powder.

If you use a lot of kratom, this can be problematic. But kratom capsules are not designed to be taken three times a week, you are not talking about taking 10 g of kratom capsules three times a week. However, kratom capsules are perfect for other situations:

They're great for pain relief, as you can take three or four every few hours during the day and they'll cool you down and take away the pain (if you have red or green kratom capsules, Red Borneo and Red Maeng Da are perfect).

Kratom capsules are also the best for your self-confidence. When you don't want to get out of control but feel a bit anxious. Take 8 to 10 capsules of red or green kratom and you will calm down in about 30 minutes. Ideal for relaxing in the evening, on a date or in a stressful work situation.

Kratom capsules are discreet. Whether you use them for pain, confidence or whatever your personal reason, you can dose them with other people in the room and no one will give you a second glance. With powdered kratom, of course, this is impossible because you have to weigh it out and then mix the loose powder with something else to take it.

Kratom capsules are easy to transport. You can move around with them, which makes them perfect for pain relief at work. Or if you want a cognitive boost or to hit the gym after work, take 10 white kratom capsules (White Borneo and White Bali are great) to give you an incredible energy boost for a couple of hours.

Kratom tastes bad. Really bitter and can make you feel quite uncomfortable when you swallow it. The powder gets stuck in your throat and can make you really nauseous. So, if you are in this situation, kratom capsules are perfect. If the choice is between not using kratom at all or paying a little more for kratom in a format that allows you to skate all the negatives of ingestion, it's worth the money.

As you can see, while kratom capsules may be more expensive, there are some compelling reasons why they should be used. You may not want to use them all the time, but there is absolutely no reason why you can't sometimes mix loose powder and then refill the capsules or use them sparingly when the powder is impossible.

How to use and store kratom capsules

Storing kratom powder is quite complicated. If it is not stored perfectly, it will start to deteriorate. If it is also in a humid environment, exposed to sunlight or even high temperatures, the alkaloids may disappear in a few months.

Store kratom capsules the same way you store powdered kratom and they will last longer than powdered kratom.

Just keep them in the container or bag they came in and store them in your medicine cabinet (just be careful not to have children or other people around) or in a cool, dry place.

The double insurance of the bag they come in and the fact that the kratom is protected by the vegetarian capsule make it much better to store, especially if you are an occasional user. There is no point spending extra money on the best kratom capsules if you then leave them to rot somewhere for six months before they lose their effectiveness.

But if you store them properly, for occasional users, kratom capsules are much less expensive than powdered kratom, which can lose its effectiveness in a matter of months.

Are there any disadvantages to using kratom capsules?

The first negative is the price. Undeniably, they are more expensive. We hope you can see from what we said above that the convenience and other benefits of investing can, however, outweigh the price hike.

The second disadvantage of using kratom capsules is that you have to take a lot of capsules. If you are the type of person who has difficulty taking some paracetamol, you will have difficulty taking 500 mg Kratom 10x capsules for only a 5 g dose!

But apart from those small negatives, kratom capsules are an extremely efficient way to use and store kratom.

What Do You Need, A Coach Or A Mentor?

f:id:healthyogi:20211014195759j:plain

Are you at a key moment in your professional life? Do you have the opportunity to move up in your company and to grow in a keyway? Are you wondering who can help you and you don't know whether to look for a coach or a mentor? Hundreds of professionals do this every day.

Coaching and Mentoring can be defined as learning processes, development tools that help people to enhance their personal and professional skills. They are disciplines that pursue the achievement of goals and require a deep reflection on oneself, aimed at self-knowledge about who you are and whom you want to become.

Whether you find a coach or mentor, in both cases, the key factor for success is the commitment to implement actions that help you achieve the best version of yourself.

Both methodologies have more in common than what separates them, being the context in which you find yourself and what you expect to get from the professional who accompanies you, factors that will determine whether you choose a Mentor or a Coach.

- Are you in a process of change or do you need to learn to adapt to a new context, do you want to acquire new skills, do you want to improve your performance?

In these circumstances, the Coach accompanies you with a more short-term approach, focused on behavioural transformation and deep analysis of the present situation. The coach may come from a completely different professional environment to their own, and in this antagonism of experiences lies part of the value that this methodology provides.

Their star working tool is the open question, and the guide is an almost non-existent element in the sessions. He will rarely take a position to give you his opinion and what you will receive from him will be questions that, if they are the right ones, will help you find your own answer and path, leaving his own story and experience out of the equation.

- Are you in a time of transition to a new position; are you considering different options and would like to have an expert's view; are you looking to gain new insights or experiences of success; do you want to align yourself with your company's values?

In that context, the Mentor accompanies you with a more long-term approach, focused on the future but leveraging on his or her own past experience to capitalise on it. A Mentor is a person with a higher level of experience, who will advise you from the personal and professional maturity of what he/she has experienced before, due to his/her vision as an expert in a specific field or environment. Their approach will generally be more open, as they will integrate different roles (teacher, coach, tutor, sponsor, guide).

The 'good' mentor will inspire, challenge and guide you, generously sharing their experience and experiences of what worked for them in similar environments, as talking about the same environment, business or sector, or even being in the same company, will facilitate the focus of conversations and mutual understanding.

The risk of having a Mentor is, from our point of view, just the advantage of having a Coach, and vice versa. In a mentoring process, we can fall into the mistaken belief that much of what worked for the Mentor will work for other people. We recommend taking the mentor's experience as an alternative path, but not as the only option to follow. The risk we identify in coaching lies in the fact of not sharing the same professional environment and in the methodology itself, which implies that the coach does not take a position or offer guidance, and may affect mutual understanding. We recommend that before opting for this option, you should be clear about the alternative you need at the moment.

Almost all choices in life carry certain risks, but the greatest risk is the fear of being wrong and not acting to get what you want. We humbly share some recipes for maximising success in any development process, whether you choose Coaching, Mentoring or any other accompanying discipline: reflect, have a plan B, look at success stories, ask questions, have a long-term vision, have well-managed ambition and trust yourself.

Growth is within the reach of anyone who sets their mind to it and each one of us is ultimately responsible for our own development.

A Guide To Choose The Right Water Purifier

f:id:healthyogi:20211002034145j:plain

There is a great variety of water purifiers, from the simplest to the most complex ones, either because of their different purification methods, level of purification and efficiency, installation systems, sizes, types of connections, a wide range of prices, etc.; which makes it easy to get confused.

Here is a simple guide to help you choose the best water purifier that suits your needs:

What level of purification do you want? This should not only be the first, but also the most important consideration. A system based on activated carbon, such as that offered by water purification jugs, does not offer the same level of purification as those based on reverse osmosis or ozone.

With purification jugs, you should also keep in mind to store them in the refrigerator after use and not consume water in the jug after 24 hours to avoid bacterial growth.

What volume of water do you want? If you do not want to limit the consumption of purified water, a system attached to the tap or directly to the water supply, either above or below the sink, maybe best. But you should discourage the use of water purification jugs, which have a very limited amount of liquid.

How much space do you have? Water purification jugs require space in the refrigerator, devices attached directly to the tap need a fixed space around the tap faucet, and those that go directly to the water supply require space under the sink, which can sometimes be bulky.

How much are you willing to invest? Another factor to consider is the price of water purifiers, which increases when moving from activated carbon to more complex and efficient systems such as reverse osmosis, ozone or ultraviolet.

How easy is it to install? Systems attached directly to the tap and which go on the counter or worktop are simple and easy to install, while those attached directly to the water supply and under the sink must be installed by expert personnel and will therefore require extra installation costs.

Other costs: You should also consider maintenance costs, which are basically represented in the replacement of filters. Although purifying jugs can be very economical, their filters have a limited life: they must be changed every 100 litres of water consumed, or at least every month, while, in other systems, they can last from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the filter and the model.

Additionally, there are systems that require the use of electricity, such as distillation and ultraviolet systems.

How is the water pressure in your home? Remember that reverse osmosis systems require high pressure to work properly.

Do you have very hard water and/or do you want water for general use in your home? In this case, the best options are water softeners or a reverse osmosis system, and of course a POE system.

Do you travel regularly and seasonally? Then a portable water purifier with a reverse osmosis system is the best option for you, especially if you travel to rural locations where the water source is not very safe, or you may encounter hard water.

What are water purifiers for?

Water purifiers are used to soften hard water and clean water in general, removing all micro-organisms, bacteria, chemicals and other unhealthy substances that may be in the water.

The water we drink in our homes is safe to drink, but this does not mean that it is completely free of potentially harmful substances or agents. It is precisely these substances that household or domestic water purifiers rid us of.

A Child With A Disability: New Roles And Family Balances

f:id:healthyogi:20210815174655j:plain

For parents, the birth of their first child represents a real revolution in roles. The birth brings about a change that calls into question the balance of the couple created in previous years and when the child is born with a disability, important negotiations and readjustments to take place within the couple in the flow of a family's life cycle.

When a child arrives, the couple faces certain tasks and difficulties:

Building the identity of the "family with children": the partners have to redefine the family subculture from a couple to a family, which now has a child to raise;

Rebalancing the couple's relationship: now that there is a newborn child who is very demanding in terms of care, the couple's relationship also changes. There is less time and energy to invest in the couple, especially in the first months of the child;

Establishing family boundaries: partners need to communicate with their families of origin that they have become parents, and as such are primarily responsible for the child's growth and upbringing.

When not everything goes as expected

The disability in a child does not allow for relatively stable family adaptations, precisely because of the greater unpredictability of the child's needs. The emotional and workload, which is already high under normal conditions, becomes difficult to tolerate when a child has health problems and the couple may encounter additional difficulties.

Increased care needs and inequality within the couple

Real equality of tasks between parents is rare. While in the professional area, inequality is increasingly levelling out, in the domestic area, tasks have often remained fixed in the traditional organisation, with the result that women, in order to maintain a certain social image, often find themselves doing double work, as housewives and as workers with their own income.

This position, which is already tiring under normal conditions, becomes dramatic when a compromised child is born. Let us consider, for example, the two cases in which the mother of a disabled child may find herself:

1) The mother does not work outside the home and devotes herself completely to the child.

She may start to devote all her energies to the child in need, becoming an expert in rehabilitation and the privileged interlocutor of the caregivers. Her total dedication will make her acquire greater dignity in the eyes of her husband, grandparents and relatives. However, when the child should be entrusted to others, such as the nursery school, she may feel lonely and useless.

2) The couple is symmetrical with respect to work.

The working mother comes up against rehabilitation needs that are not compatible with her professional activity and is faced with a crossroads: having to choose between the good of her child and her own professional fulfilment.

The couple and the increased dependence on extended families

When the family encounters difficulties in organising itself with a disabled child, it does not always tend to turn immediately to the help of public services, but often seeks the support of relatives.

Both spouses, in this difficult situation, may feel the desire to reactivate links with the family of origin, from which they may receive support and relief, but also rejection and disappointment due to the unavailability of help. The couple, with their grandparents very present, may have to deal with sources of problematic interference.

Living with healthy siblings

If the family nucleus of the child with disabilities includes several children, the relational game becomes more complicated, with effects that can be both positive and negative.

Often it can happen that, in the eyes of the parents, the child is considered not to be autonomous even in areas where this would be possible. Conversely, healthy siblings are prematurely given the burden of having to be autonomous, big, responsible, before they deserve or desire this task.

In other situations, healthy siblings may become jealous of excessive attention paid to their disabled sibling. However, they can also become gratifying interlocutors with their parents, helping and supporting their sibling's growth by stimulating him or her in play and in daily shared activities.

A conscious pathway

Shifting the focus from healing to care, proposes a relational context between caregiver and patient that gives meaning to the experience of disability by promoting the general well-being and quality of life of the individual and his or her family.

This context fosters mutual understanding and promotes a wide-ranging view of the problem, in order to activate existing resources and support the family in finding the best possible balance for all its members.

Moisturising Your Beard: Yes, But How?

f:id:healthyogi:20210719104527j:plain

Having a beautiful beard is everyone's dream. But for that, it is not enough to simply let it grow. A beautiful beard needs to be well trimmed and clean. It needs regular maintenance to be shiny and soft. For this, it is necessary to moisturise your beard by providing it with the care that will nourish your hair. Here are our tips for moisturising your beard.

Moisturising your beard: yes, but why?

Moisturising your beard is not a crazy idea, quite the opposite. Have you ever heard that having a beard is itchy? This is indeed true, but only if you don't take care of it! The more the beard hair grows, the stiffer it tends to become.

The result: an unattractive beard with dull, rough hair and itching! Added to this is the fact that the longer your beard is, the more it covers the skin on your face. Your skin then tends to become dry and tight. If you also have dry skin, this can lead to dandruff or dead skin, which can be even more unpleasant.

In short, the more the hair grows, the more it needs to be moisturised to avoid all these inconveniences. In addition, giving your beard nourishing and moisturising care will allow for healthy and robust hair growth. So, if you want a healthy beard that grows well and doesn't itch, there's only one thing to do: moisturise.

A healthy beard is a well-moisturized beard

Taking care of your skin and beard on a daily basis is essential for a well-moisturized skin and beard. Indeed, if your facial skin is well nourished, your beard hair will grow better. But you also have to take care of them with moisturizing treatments. Yes, but how do you moisturise your beard? Quite simply by using products adapted to your fleece, such as beard oil or beard balm.

Beard oil

Beard oil is the ideal product to nourish, soften and moisturise your beard, but also your skin. Beard oil should preferably be organic and made from natural vegetable oils. Among them, we find argan oil, jojoba oil, sesame oil... These oils, rich in vitamins and minerals, provide everything that the skin and the beard need to be moisturized and nourished.

To apply a beard oil, you only need a few seconds. So it would be a shame to miss out. Simply pour a few drops of beard oil into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together and then apply the oil to the beard, massaging it gently into the hairline.

Beard balm

Like beard oil, beard balm is made of vegetables and essential oils. Its solid appearance is due to the presence of wax, such as beeswax or shea butter. The beard balm fulfils the same functions as beard oil: it will moisturise and nourish your beard. Its texture will also allow you to style your beard.

In terms of use, its application is as simple as that of beard oil. Take a small amount of balm, rub your hands together to heat the balm and make it more liquid, then apply by gently massaging your beard.

When to apply your beard oil or balm?

Ideally, you should apply your beard oil or beard balm after a shower, in the morning or evening. This is because the pores of the skin and the hair follicles are open, which allows for better absorption of the moisturising product. This application should be done every day to maintain good hydration of the skin and hair.

Cleaning: a step not to be neglected

Applying moisturising products is essential to keep your beard well hydrated and nourished. But all this care will be of no use if you do not regularly clean your skin and your beard. In fact, your beard needs to be thoroughly cleaned to stay clean and healthy. Need to be convinced? Think of all the aggressions that a beard undergoes every day: pollution, sweat, food residues, cigarette smoke, cooking smells...

To clean your beard properly, use beard wash and conditioner products adapted to your coat, such as beard shampoos. These shampoos, composed of a mixture of natural oils such as argan oil or olive oil and essential oils, will allow deep and gentle cleaning of your beard without drying it out or causing feelings of tightness.

Everything You Need To Know To Prevent Back Pain

f:id:healthyogi:20210628161501j:plain

According to health experts, approximately 80% of the population suffers back pain at some point in their lives. However, if this ailment is not treated in time or in the right way, this occasional pain can become chronic.

What can be the origins of back pain?

This pain can appear for different reasons, but in most cases, its origin can be avoidable:

  • A bad posture adopted repeatedly or over a certain period of time.
  • A muscle or ligament contraction.
  • A disorder in the biomechanics of the locomotor system.
  • And few more like bad lifestyle, eating habits, etc.,

What is postural hygiene?

Good postural hygiene means taking care of your posture. Most of the time, back pain can be prevented by simply reducing the pressures and load on the spine through various activities, always advised by a medical specialist, designed to compensate for the daily accumulation of tension in the muscles as a result of poor body posture and stress.

Over time, slouching and shrugging your shoulders when you walk or sit can cause your muscles, tendons and ligaments to become unbalanced. When this imbalance occurs as a result of poor posture, you can begin to experience headache, shoulder and back pain. But by acquiring good postural hygiene, you can prevent these aches and pains and even help reverse some of the effects.

What does postural hygiene consist of?

Postural hygiene is the correct way of positioning our body to avoid the onset of back pain. If we do not follow a healthy posture, different areas of the back and body will be affected by this bad practice and will experience pain, tension, the appearance of muscular knots, etc.

Therefore, when we talk about postural hygiene we are talking about the correct posture we have to have when carrying out our daily activities. Proper posture must be present both when we are active and when we are static, as in all circumstances tension can accumulate.

By knowing which is the most suitable postural hygiene we will be able to avoid overloading our back and, therefore, reduce the discomfort or injuries that may occur due to a bad posture of the body.

How do you achieve the ideal posture?

If you're looking to know how to improve your posture? You can achieve that with some exercises and good habits.

When you are standing still, your body may give signals such as pain or pins and needles to let you know that you need to maintain the correct posture. To correct it, we recommend the following:

Stand straight with your shoulders down and back.

Keep your chin parallel to the ground and your ears in line with your shoulders to keep your head level and your spine fully straight.

The hips should be kept level.

Place your feet shoulder-width apart. You should also make sure your weight is distributed between both feet.

Keep your hands hanging naturally at your sides with your palms facing inwards.

Just as when you are standing, your body can also give you signals to be aware of your posture when you are sitting. The difference is that the signals will come from your lower body. It is always a good idea to have an expert analyse your posture at work to maintain optimal postural hygiene.

How to achieve the ideal posture at work?

Make sure your chair is adjusted so that your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are kept at a 90-degree angle. Avoid crossing your legs.

Make sure there is a small gap between the back of your knees and the seat.

Be sure that your chair fully adopts the natural spinal position.

As in a standing position, the top of your head should be parallel to the ceiling and your chin to the floor.

Make sure your shoulders are relaxed and not raised or rounded.

Come? Implementando etichette di intensità di carbonio già utilizzate in alcuni settori come l'elettronica.

Plastica riciclata in aumento

  • le normative sono diverse nei vari Paesi, regioni o città;
  • i divieti e le tasse sulla plastica introdotte in Europa limitano la possibilità per le aziende di pianificare in modo efficace;
  • a livello mondiale soltanto il 16% della plastica viene riciclata per produrne di nuova in quanto esistono lacune in tema di smistamento ed il coordinamento lungo la catena del valore è complesso;

  • digitalizzazione;
  • passaggio all'ecommerce;
  • attenzione sempre più alta dei consumatore ai prezzi;
  • salute e benessere.

  • approccio olistico (d'insieme) alla sostenibilità;
  • focus sull'igiene;

  • monomateriale e personalizzato;
  • realizzato con materiali bio-based di origine animale, vegetale, bioplastiche, nanomateriali (nanocellulosa a bassa densità, resistente, rigida e a basso costo);
  • di dimensioni sempre più ridotte e leggere considerando soprattutto il forte aumento del delivery (consegna a domicilio degli alimenti) e monouso;
  • biodegradabile e compostabile.
